The Role

Your dream role: Data Administrator

Salary range: (£21,000- £24,000) plus benefits


You will be part of the Customer Success (Onboarding) team and part of the wider People Software team. You will report to the Onboarding Team Leader.


Its based out of the Fusion Education People Solutions offices, Denby Dale Road, Wakefield.


Why the role exists


To provide comprehensive data administration support to the People Software team, supporting with customer data management, bulk data tasks, and other data tasks to support the onboarding process.


Who the person will be directly line managed by : Onboarding Team Leader


What will they do day to day


·        Collection of new customer data and recording in the CRM;

·        Collating and formatting data into bulk import templates (excel format) in preparation for upload to our software;

·        Supporting with customer onboarding, carrying out analysis of their data;

·        Attending customer meetings to support the Customer Relationship Officer where appropriate;

·        Analysing data issues to spot any common trends and underlying problems;

·        Project Work as required;

·        Blend data by combining data from various sources and formats to explore its relevance for the customer needs;

·        Validating and cross checking customer data provided from a number of sources (MIS, Payroll etc) to ensure validity of the data provided;

·        Feed into team meetings to provide findings from Data Analysis;

·        Collaborate with people both internally and externally at all levels with a view to creating value from data;

·        Practise continuous self learning to keep up to date with technological developments to enhance relevant skills and take responsibility for own professional development.

·        To undertake ad hoc work under the direction of the People Software Team.

 

General

·        Assisting the Team with ensuring the telephone is answered promptly and in accordance with the company policy, taking appropriate action and notifying the relevant person/s as required. Using own initiative to assist the client;

·        Support the office by keeping office equipment and kitchen area tidy and in order;

·        Assist with setting up the training suite for training / meetings, arranging refreshments;

·        Use own initiative to assist colleagues;

·        To participate in FEPS’s Continuous Professional Development Process;

·        Any other duties relevant to the post.


Required skills and knowledge for the role


Education, training & qualifications

¨      5 or more GCSEs including Maths and English – A-C

¨      A levels or NVQ equivalent

 

Experience & knowledge

¨      Experience of working in a busy office environment

¨      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

¨      Experience in Microsoft packages – Excel/Word/Outlook/ databases

¨      An understanding of Data and Data Analysis

¨      Team player who can work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

¨      High levels of integrity, honesty and credibility which will inspire confidence and trust from both internal and external stakeholders
